Is this art or not? Talk amongst yourselves. Incidentally, the word under Lenin makes no sense. It’s not a word at all. They just tossed a few Cyrillic letters in to the word change. If you were to pronounce it as written, you would, I think, literally be saying chdee-geh. It’s gibberish. Was this intentional? Is this tea party postmodernism, perhaps? Am I just a Philistine who’s too dull to appreciate what is, in reality, an avante-garde masterpiece? I’ll leave that for others to judge. I’ve got more important things to do, like beat my head against a wall or go sit in a corner.
